Title: Provision of ICT services: Project Management Support, Plone Maintenance and Microsoft Maintenance and Developments Description: Project management support to assist the ICT Manager, project owners and ICT staff in the coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting of ICT projects and contractor activities. Specialised support for the maintenance and evolution of the OiRA platform and related Plone-based components. OiRA is a critical pan-European digital infrastructure supporting occupational safety and health risk assessment, with a large user base and a network of national partners. Specialised Microsoft development, maintenance and support services for Microsoft-based applications and platforms, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365 / CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, Entra ID and related technologies.
