Title: Specialist in security management. Description: DIO has an assignment to have control and control of the information security work, get an overview of the security state and have a management system that fulfils the requirement for security approval for a new joint ICT system. DIO needs to further develop and improve the existing management system for information security, as well as increase the maturity in the business, with a focus on security being integrated in DIO's processes. Increasing the maturity of the information security management system is also necessary for DIO to get security approval for a new joint ICT system. Description of the assistance and the consultant ́s responsibilities and work assignments: • Set up as a specialist specialist in security management. • The person in question will be the deputy project manager for the ISMS project. • Instruct, provide training and build competence for internal employees to operationalise the security management in DIO. • Assist with integrating security and risk management as a part of performance management. • Assist in integrating the privacy management as a part of the security management. • Supporting the management to organise the strategic security work at DIO. • Communicate, share and anchor the security work for both the management and professionals • Carry out training of employees in order to increase the general security competence in DIO. • Further develop and increase the maturity of the management system for information security with the accompanying security processes The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 2,500,000 to NOK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The span is large because it also reflects the agreement ́s length of 1+1+1+1 which is in addition to other variables that cannot be predicted precisely now.
