Title: SERVICIO DE ASISTECIA TÉCNICA AL CONSORCIO REGIONAL DE TRANSPORTES DE MADRID (CRTM) PARA LA SUPERVISIÓN Y SEGUIMIENTO DE LA IMPLANTACIÓN Y PUESTA EN SERVICIO DE UN SISTEMA DE TICKETING ACCOUNT-BASED (ABT) Description: El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de servicios de asistencia técnica, supervisión, seguimiento y apoyo técnico especializado en el marco del proyecto de implantación de un sistema de ticketing basado en cuenta (Account-Based Ticketing: ABT) en el transporte público regular de viajeros de la Comunidad de Madrid, con los alcances establecidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares. Se destaca que este contrato de asistencia técnica es complementario y se distingue claramente del contrato principal de implantación y puesta en servicio del sistema, cuyo objeto es la ejecución directa del sistema ABT: desarrollo, diseño, implantación, soporte, mantenimiento y operación de la implementación de la solución ABT en la Comunidad de Madrid.
