Description: Le périmètre des prestations attendues au titre du lot est le suivant : ▪ Les prestations d’entrée du marché (initialisation de l’accord-cadre) ; ▪La prestation de fourniture de sous-systèmes et composants audio-visuels et de visioconférence pour les Bénéficiaires ; ▪Les Prestations d’installation liées à des sites ; ▪Les prestations de conciergerie; ▪Les prestations d’accompagnement technique ; ▪Les prestations d’évolution pour augmenter ses capacités ou modifier sa structure; ▪Les Prestations infogérance ; ▪Les Prestations de maintenance matériel et logiciel : ▪Les Prestations de formation et d’accompagnement. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture, la maintenance et les services associés des solutions d’audiovisuelles et de visioconférence pour les Bénéficiaires de cet accord cadre. Plus spécifiquement, l’accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation des prestations suivantes : -Poste n°1 : Prestation d’entrée et mission d’initialisation de l’accord-cadre ; -Poste n°2 : Prestations d’acquisition et intégration des composants audiovisuels et visioconférence des salles complexes et équipements spécifiques ; -Poste n°3 : Prestation d’accompagnement technique ponctuelle ; -Poste n°4 : Prestation d’évolution de l’infrastructure ; -Poste n°5 : Prestation d’infogérance ; -Poste n°6: Prestations de support et de maintenance ; -Poste n°7: Prestation de conciergerie ; -Poste n°8 : Prestations de formation et accompagnement au changement ; -Poste n°9 : Prestation d’étude et d’assistance ; -Poste n°10 : Prestation de développement ; -Poste n°11 : Prestation de sortie : réversibilité / transférabilité
