Title: Procurement of an IAM system Description: The objective of the procurement is to establish a uniform, secure and efficient cloud based system (SaaS) for identity and access management (IAM) that supports the company ́s need for correct, traceable and automated management of users, roles and accesses across the company's IT systems. The procurement includes the delivery, implementation and management of an IAM system, including necessary modules, integrations, configuration and documentation. The system shall support the entire life cycle for identities and accesses, from creation to change and termination. The scope also includes training, support and further development in the contract period. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract over a period of four years, including options, can be in the range of NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT and NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the Contracting Authority or rights for the Tenderer.
