Migration to and operation of Sensio 365

Title: Intention notice - Migration to and operation of Sensio 365 with the accompanying maintenance, support and procurement of compatible welfare technological equipment. Description: Ringerike municipality intends to enter into a contract with Atea AS for migration of the Sensio platform to Sensio 365, operation of the platform with the accompanying maintenance, support and purchase of welfare technological equipment that is compatible with the current equipment. The framework agreement ́s length for the procurement of technological welfare equipment is a total of four (4) years, with an option for an annual extension on the same terms, 1+1 year. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is six - 6 - years. The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT. The total estimated value for the entire contract period including options is NOK 60,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT. Migration to and further operation of Sensio 365 is regulated by SSA-L and is an ongoing contract. The contracting authority has considered the procurement to be a sole supplier situation in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §13-4 first section, letter b no. 2.
